This is Trial Kennedy's fourth and final single taken from the bands debut album 'New Manic Art'. 'War King' is a personal song written by vocalist Tim Morrison and best described from the man himself... Watch the video for 'War King' here.

"'War King' was inspired by just one of the many war stories that one may experience when that veteren is your dad... : )

'War King' is a song/story written about the men who serve at war that my dad labels, and I quote.... "The bravest bastards in the world"... Or, as they were more professionally known as.... "The Army Engineers".

To give you the short of it, it was basically their roll to be the first men on the frontline to run into battle with a huge roll of stringline attached to their backs which unraveled as they ran.

So after sifting through all the images that so nicely corrupted my head growing up, I felt the very need to release these images into song... and the rest is history!!!"
